I added a new system on Jan 3rd; it has been working using the DEFAULT configuration.
Today I noticed that device is now visible in my device listing without any need to alert the tech support team that it needed to be added - WCG system appears to work properly.👍 Changed profile from DEFAULT to SCHOOL. Newly assigned SCHOOL profile shows on system’s listing. Unfortunately, I will need to wait until I get home from work before I can confirm things further. |

I have the same problem in the My project page (viewMyProjects.do), the page that allows you to choose which projects to participate in. I obtain the following error after clicking the "save" button:

Monday 15-01-2024, 11:00 UTC, updating the Device Profiles now works with the message "Profile saved", but the changes aren't being propagated to my BOINC clients.

Note: the website and the API has been practically unusable on Sunday 14-01-2024 between 01:00 UTC and 19:00 UTC, Agreed. 404 and "No server available" errors. But I haven't seen any news on why. ![]() Cheers

I forwarded this issue to a member of the tech team, and they confirmed that changes to your device profile should now be propagated to BOINC. Please see my recent post for more details. |

I have the same problem in the My project page (viewMyProjects.do), the page that allows you to choose which projects to participate in. I have the same problem with the clicking from my Dashboard or left navigation menu to Projects. The viewMyProjects.do page gives a too many redirects as on error in FireFox Sjmielh |
