Re: Downtime warning

Known problem - already resolved. If they returned with ERROR it likely means they didn't start before the deadline, if they returned as VALID or PENDING, you get credit for them.

--

I don't think it's as easy as that...

Not counting the (41) labeled '2018' and died with Error due to the date-problem, I've got (8) additional marked Error that were returned 3-6 days earlier than the extended deadline. These came off machines that have always been reliable and the total loss represents somewhere around (74) CPU Hours of wasted work & electricity.

I look in the Results page, and my Quorum Partner got nixed on some as well.

I understand that outages are needed & necessary, but next time I will drain my queue beforehand -- besides the loss of work, my network was constantly trying to send >2,500 completed results during this down-period which greatly added to congestion.

Re: Downtime warning

Anyone else notice that any work units in the afternoon of 14/1/25 did not get added to "History" or the total in "Overview" even though they were added to the results of the individual "Devices"?

Re: Downtime warning

Even after the midday update for 15/1/25 those units for the afternoon of 14/1/25 are still missing

Re: Downtime warning

Still not getting any ARP wu ... I wish these projects were more clear about whether they are running or not, these forums are a jumble and very difficult to follow.

Is ARP back up yes or no? are WU's moving?

Something I realized only an hour ago: maybe it has something to do with wingmen.
Next time, please also provide the ID or the URL of one or more of the designated workunits, so that we can have a look at it, too, and probably help you. nerd

Re: Downtime warning

Cheers. Looks like they have all purged now so I can't link it. But I don't believe it is workunit specific. For all 42 work units that were/became valid in that 12 hour period, 0 went onto my total, however they did go to the device total. That happens with new devices because of the issue of new devices not appearing, but these are old devices and there was no issue with days before or after it.
