Re: Panthers lead game at the half

Largethunder

As a fellow MOT member pointed out £1 = $1.76 therefore £20 = $35

A good website to use is www.xe.com for this.

Wow, I have been SO impressed with the donations so far and response from the MOT crew.

I will let all of you know how it went, whether anyone got frostbite! etc and post some pictures online. A fellow MOT member has offered me webspace to do this for me which would be great.

Just need that remaining £150! MOT members can check out the page at

www.justgiving.com/peterwardwchp

Happy Birthday Graham for me as well!

On a separate note, I had a excellent crunching day on Jan 16th with 812 points.

That's the 2nd highest daily points total since I joined MOT - great news for MOT biggrin

Keep it real!

Good Morning All from Texas.

biggrin buckshot, glad to see another texan in the group. i know wilsondr and i are both from the great state, but i'm not sure of any others. which part of the great state do you claim as home?

we finally got some rain in anahuac (home of the texas revolution). it had been so long since it last rained, the dogs started freaking out. hopefully the rain will help stop the grass fire problems we have been having.

i wish i had a texas flag for my signature, maybe our resident graphics expert will get the hint. wink

Good morning everyone! I just started to type that with the finger of my left hand shifted to the right and it started out as "hoof morning". Maybe I should go back to bed and start over -- very tempting, but I have a pot of coffee in the kitchen that wants into my veins.

Cyberwire -- too bad about your partner. Some people can only see a dark side in everything, I guess. However, some of us would love to triple our scores to get to 3 K per day, so you still will be crunching at a pretty good clip from our perspective.

Dave -- wonder when Graham is going to check in here after seeing his member profile page on the web site -- LOL.

Esteban69 -- It is amazing to see how MOT stacks up against an entire country! And, Germany is the fourth ranked country on the World Community Grid!!! It just shows that we have a bunch of people on this team that are dedicated to an effort to help mankind, I think.

Pete -- maybe it is time for you to set up your signature line. You could include your justgiving.com website in it. From the instructions Graham gives here I have modified it to:

{b]Wardstar
Join Our {url=tinyurl.com/btxgg] Team {/url] Visit {url=tinyurl.com/9bap3] Website
{img]gahood.org/H01.jpg[/img] {img]gahood.org/f/UK.gif[/img]
Help the Homeless {url=www.justgiving.com/peterwardwchp]here{/url]{/b]

If you go to "My Forum Profile" on the selection bar above and then select "Change My Signature" and copy the above into it (change all "{" to "[" -- I think there are about 9 of them), you will get:

Hey Dave B,

Thanks for your post - you made it very simple for me to sort out my banner below.

I will go and try to sort a stats banner too tonight if I can get my mind around that - I want one of those too!

www.3dflags.com

Search Google for "animated flags". This is only one example, which would like a link to their site if you use it.

Re: Happy Birthday Graham

Add in a big happy b-day from me, too. smile

I'm back, after my Jamaican holiday. I'm pleased to see I crossed the 8M milestone just before Joost hit the 9M milestone... I had been wondering in which order the events would take place!

I see my new boxes are contributing nicely... I sure hope I can get the renderfarm humming on the WCG again soon! That one day's results showed a serious spike. We'll have to wait and see, I guess...

Meanwhile, back to the mountain of work that accumulated in my absense. I wish I was back in the Caribbean...
