Our point total picked up a good bit today. Thinking about it now, we may be seeing some impact from the start of the HPF2 project on BOINC. Hopefully, that means we'll see our point total pick up more along with more folks returning results each day. I really would like to see us running in the 70s during the week.

Happy Valentines Day one and all.
----------------------------------------Today's team results didn't change that much from yesterday. We seem to be in a bit of a lull (I hope). We had a good milestone from smcclarigan but that was all. doright and Oisac both dropped from the active crunchers list today. Hopefully, we'll hear from both of them again. We stll have plenty of good milestones to come. It looks like amusic20 and mapplebeck both have about 7-10 days of crunching to reach the 100,000 point milestone but it will be longer than that as they do not seem to return results every day. I suspect that Rene Punt will hit 500,000 points in the first half of March. finman looks set to hit 600,000 sometime next week. spikey_richie should hit 900,000 before the end of the week and join txjallen in a race to be the next Millionpointer We were up to 64 members returning results today. We still have some work to do to reach 70+ during the week. Let's keep on crunchin' and recruitin' too! |

Okay, spikey_richie had a good enough day that he hit 900,000 points today! On to that first million!
---------------------------------------- There was a number of good results milestones too. 63 crunchers today is good but we want to move that up. Trivia for the day - if you look at the numbers, we average 8 views for every post. I know I account for a couple of those getting the stats posted so we average 5-6 folks looking at each post. Presuming that they are all MOT folks, there's 55 or so folks that crunch that don't. Okay, that's a bit depressing. Hopefully, folks are looking at the day's posts at one time so that would boost us to 10-12, maybe 15 folks looking at this thread - and we hear from maybe 2-3 from time to time. Sigh. Oh well. |
