Re: Team Andrax, The Great International Team! New Members, Join us!

Hi,

I finished my first project and it uploaded, but the scores aren't showing up on my client screen. I read that there's a delay for the online numbers, but wonder if the ones on my computer should be there. I hope I didn't lose the work. I was here when the job finished and uploaded, and it seemed to go okay. The next project is working.

redstapler, if you are running Boinc (the preferred client that most of us run), it is common to get "Pending Validatons". And yes, even if you are using the UD agent, there could be a delay depending when you joined us. No problems! It's all good! wink

Again, great to see that you have joined our Team!

Thanks, Johnny! I'm not running Boinc, but maybe I should be. If you think I should, set me know. This is new to me, so whatever is more reliable is okay.

redstapler, no problems. Most of our Team Mates are very adept with really good advice on nearly anything. What kind of computer are you running?

Some of these projects are best run depending on which platform / Computer that you are using.

I would suggest that you uncheck all projects and just choose the Genome Comparison project. Many results! Easy on footprint and memory.

Okay, I did so and will see what happens. Do you think I should use Boinc? Thanks for the help.
