For some reason, I've been having some bad luck with those Cancer work-units. I thought it was just a dual or quad core issue.

I have an older AMD64 3500+ CPU and was getting very little credit for crunching those.

HCC Performance/Points issues

There is a known issue with HCC which is causing problems with the amount of credit that is being awarded for results. This is believed to be due to run times varying on certain platforms. We will be testing a new version soon to address these issues. All current results being returned are valid on all platforms it is only the performance that is affected.

So, put HCC on your Quads, or Singles. Leave it off both Intel and AMD duals. This is not gospel. Just a suggestion to get our results back where they should be.
