The next time your grid agent communicates with the servers, it will send you a work unit from one of the projects at random for which your machine meets the minimum requirements and according to your project participation election preference. To know which project you are running, please double-click on World Community Grid icon in the system tray, and you will see the title of the project in the display. Den, thats fine if you have the 'Participate in All Projects' box ticked - but if you have your individual Boinc profiles set to just crunch one particular project, then you will need to tick the new one to get work from that too.
That is certainly the case with me anyway. |

Guess I have "all projects" ticked
----------------------------------------I'll take what ever they send My preferance is for Cancer but as we dont have that option at this time what ever they think is okay for my machine is gonna get crunched My quote was from what knreed posted and it did seem to difer slightly from what he had said before, but as I personally had recieved a WU with no input from me..................  As JP said it depends on your personal machine set up |

I had no points yesterday, and none today, but I have completed several tasks, and am waiting "Patiently" for someone else to finish.  And that's supposed to make it clear for me, is it?  Think perhaps I'll go to bed instead of worrying about it!  |
