Interestingly, in the same week exactly 1 year ago, the average score per day over that 7 day period was:

On November 19, after the boost caused by the HCC Bug Effect I was writing
----------------------------------------Since September the progression rate on daily points was about 8 % per month, or more. If we keep this pace the "normal" daily points will reach this exceptional level in 2.5 months, i.e. end of January.  It is not yet done but yesterday the daily production has been 114,594,975 points becoming the new "normal record", only 1,372,567 below the special HCC Bug record of 115,967,542 points. Another milestone which should be reached pretty soon (most probably tonight) is the 100,000,000 points daily average on a consecutive 30-day period. |

It was not on the night I said in my previous post (I should have looked at the previous month results less quickly) but it was yesterday January 22, 2008!

Yesterday Monday February 11, 2008 has brought a new daily points record to WCG:
----------------------------------------118,010,532 points Over the last seven days 752,998,580 points have been produced, i.e. an average 107,571,226 points per day which is also a new record. And the last one (for that day): over the last 30 days 3,176,240,539 points have been accumulated, i.e. an average 105,874,685 points per day. Special comment for those of our members who think that WCG's results are severely impacted by its apathy or by some performance problems that we currently have: The 30-last-day total has been improved 9 times over 11 days in February, 15 times in January, 25 times in December, 18 times in November, 27 times in October, 25 times in September and 16 times in August... I.e. 135 times over a 195-day period. OK, that would be better if it were every day, but still... Cheers. Jean. |

Yesterday Monday March 3, 2008 WCG's Daily Points Record has jumped from 118,010,532 points (February 11, 2008) to a tremendous
--------------------------------------------> 127,511,745 points! <---- Over the last seven days 805,343,472 points have been produced, i.e. an average 115,049,067 points per day which is also a new record. And the last one (for that day): over the last 30 days 3,264,871,576 points have been accumulated, i.e. an average 108,829,053 points per day. This is certainly the first side effect of the current Bunny Race challenge which has attracted here a large DC team which was practically absent from WCG before.
