The International Team ended up at #21 and that is a very good result, despite the fact that it was just 1 position short of round 2.

Nevertheless, thanks to all Base Campers for the support and good luck to SNURK and SeriousCrunchers and everyone who made it to the next round! :)

Sorry old friend. I could've pushed you into round 2 had I known the whole picture of this challenge. I was under the impression we weren't moving to International until this month.

acpartsman, you couldn't have know.
It all went so fast.
Right now most of the Base Campers live at SeriousCrunchers, but as I see it we should do some
bunkering
meaning that we should stuff our cheek bags like Chip and Dale
- saving our finished work for release on October 8.
I'm not sure how this is done, and I'm not sure of the date either.
I hope Field Marshall NixChix will find the time between all his widespread duties providing for us
- spinach, citrus fruits and what have you -
and keeping an eye on all kinds of intricate troop movements to issue
short term and long term easy-reader 101 orders
- and be ready to answer a number of silly questions from some mermaid

Business
In the principle
Base Camp’s GRAND GALLA SNURK CELEBRATION trek
is over, but it still lives in some way.
Captain SNURK has entered SNURK and friends
into the second round of the THOR Challenge.
So has Captain sujo1, and the surprise SeriousCrunchers trek is also not quite over.
The likewise surprise trek to Captain flodisar’s The International team is in the principle over,
so I could deal that badge
– only a few were fast enough to earn it
but that would disturb the chronology.
When the dust has settled, I intend to deal the badges
in the Base Camp Hall of Fame.
Tomorrow I'll list whom I think have earned one, two, or all three of those badges
to give you the opportunity to correct my mistakes
It looks like procrastination, but isn’t.
