Re: St George's Day

Evening all

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MERLE

I hope you have a smashing evening. Don't they come round quickly.

Heavy showers today but they promise good and warm weather for the next couple of days. Dare I believe it?

Re: DEXless

Mornin y'all... My contribution may be a tad sketchy in the future as I've decided to forgo turning the A/C on this year, because I can no longer afford exorbitant Electric bills. I would have said until the price of oil comes down but we all know that ain't happening... sad Ah well, it was a good run while it lasted... smile

I was always amazed by the results you produced, kudos to you for that. With the price of everything going up your decision is entirely understandable. I bet I still don't manage to catch you up. biggrin

Thanks everyone. Off out to dinner now with Daughter, Son-in-law and family! wink smile

Have a good time Merle hugs

Mah nishtanah?

Yes - that was a good day - had lunch in the pub - making meals is getting a bit much for us - in walked a party of patriots wearing traditional St. George's Day costume - you know, red gilets, white cloaks and headgear with red crosses, helmets and horns.

Been feeling a bit stiff this morning (what distinguishes this morning from all other mornings?) - must be the effect of getting out of bed - have to stop doing that!

There must be someone with a birthday or anniversary today - MANY HAPPY RETURNS!
