Evening all
It's been dry here all day but the 'sunny intervals' promised were very brief indeed and limited to the morning. So, for most of my time at Lord's after the Sainsbury outing was accompanied by heavy cloud cover. The cricket was pretty grim too. Have a good weekend folks. |

 Good morning all...........Sunshine and showers - heavy rain to follow on sunday,nothing new there to report then!  Went with youngest daughter to buy her a car, peugeot 206, perky little thing, (car that is), climate control /air conditioning /6 disc cd player / electric windows / cruise control / heated seats / rapid clear windscreen , 5 gears, the list goes on, sat for 20 mins playing with all the devises only to find the battery was almost flat when we came to start the engine  think I'll stick with my old Rover.Have a great weekend all ....... Mornin everybody...
---------------------------------------- I've decided to run the POEM project as a shared project with WCG in the time I lhave eft crunching... Beautiful day here today; best of the year so far. Should have spent it doing some work in the garden but couldn't be bothered, just sat back and enjoyed the feel of warmth. |

Today headed off up to Southampton to do some shopping. Didn't get what I wanted, but came away with a new rear light for my bike!  There seem to be so many changes it will be hard to recognise the place soon.  At least I had a good play with my new camera today too. |

Hmmm, the last time I was in Southampton was in the early 60's. Think I'd recognize it now?
 Traveller, how's your new camera suiting you? I'm really surprised you didn't opt for a DSLR with your propensity for pic taking. On another note...nice to see nhkayakur returning results again. Perhaps someone who knows his email address should remind him to change over to BOINC before the deadline. |
