Re: Bank Holiday

Evening all

A pleasant enough day so I also managed to cut the grass and do a bit of tidying up.

Re: Bank Holiday

Evening all,

Didn't manage to do any gardening today blushing

what an afternoon - listening to the footy on the radio. Well the saints didn't get relegated from the championship, probably more by luck than talent. They needed to win AND other teams above them not to win to stay up.

Thankfully that was what happened, but only after they went a goal down early on. It certainly made for an entertaining afternoon.

Re: Bank Holiday

Morning everyone wink
Looks as if it has been raining overnight, what a surprise!
I see the government are off on their "Envoronmental Tax" scam again, as the reason for the heavy fuel duty her in the UK. Why dont they tell the truth? The motorist is a convenient cash cow and there are a lot of us! Nothing to do with the enviroment.

Good morning all smile ..............

I am at a loss to know what our industrious chancellor is spending the money he reaps from us all on?..........even more confusing is that other organization the ' aunty beeb' a monopoly that's raking in billions of licence monies to provide a service fit only for the brain dead!.

It's true the older you get the more cynical you get, I have just read that Toe knee Blurr (anyone remember him?) as just aquired his 6th home a seven bedroom mansion former home of the late Sir John Gielgud, cost a mere 4 million!, Prime Ministers pensions that good are they?.
All together now.........................
"It's the same the whole world over ain't it just a bl**ding shame, It's the rich what gets much richer and the poor what gets the blame"

have fun biggrin

Well done Den

Perhaps they have actually read the Sale of Goods Act and passed the message down the line.

Many retailers haven't or don't saying such things as the guarantee has expired or contact the manufacturer.
