Re: Wooo Hoooo

For the very first time I managed to get a bargain with a second hand car. Spotted one at out local super market - Here

Vauxhall Zafira, Life 1.8 automatic, with aircon etc.
First registered 15 Jan 2008 - so it is under 4 month old,
846 miles on the clock,
List price new £17,055,
Cost £9,999.

There is another one there, one year older (2007), 15,000 miles - £12,999.

What we can work out is that it was a Mobility Car and the guy died, so it went to mobility who just auction them to get rid of them and it must have been a quiet day!

Re: Beep Beep

Nice car Alan, well done!

Been another long day, with more gardening done, looks quite tidy now, but at the rate that the grass is growing, guess I will be at it again within a week!

Have spoken again to JP, and he sends his regards to you all, He is going to be very busy over the next few weeks dashing about all over the world on business. He has promised to keep in touch!

Merle moves in the next few days, and will have to go off line for a while, though knowing her she will soon be back!

Owlie is about to go off on his trip too, so we wont be seeing much of him until he gets back. John on the other hand should be back next week.

I am planning my usual excursion to the Annual Reunion of Veterans in September, but other than that I will be keeping the flag flying! wink

Re: Beep Beep

Evening all,

I had a e-mail from Evy, who is due to depart on her dig tomorrow.

She said to say hello to everyone. cool

She has been on something of a dessert diet which will be replaced with a desert diet. devilish

I was out in the garden this afternoon too Ted. Still have loads more to do. I haven't done any weeding so far this year and the border are starting to look a real mess crying
