Re: Re:To crunch or not to crunch

Evening all Apostropheses have been a problem for ages. I hate to think of the number of shop signs that that have got it wrong so I tend to agree it's much easier to forget it when the actual meaning is quite clear. Grammar should reflect what is rather than suggest there is a rule sent from above that must not be disobeyed.

Re: Re:To crunch or not to crunch

Another hard frosty day.

You do okay LM coping with our verbal sparing tongue in cheek
********************************

'spect Tony is in the big silver bird clutching his bucket and spade covered in factor 25 cream heading who knows where ? hope the pilot has been briefed.....
The hostess's intoning the mantra Cawfee, tea, or milk ?
All the while selling mini teddies in the airlines livery .....
The Que for the loo blocks the isle.
The small child in the seat behind persistently kicking His seat back , the passenger in front feels the need to recline his/seat into His space tipping the airline meal on to his lap .

Or maybe Tony turned left when he climbed aboard .
In that case none of the above applies biggrin
