Re: Members Current Ranking

Fourth Silver on Human Proteome Folding - Phase 2, probably my last chance to get it before the project ends.

I am also a few more thousand ranks ahead: Accumulated Points: 433,571 :: Current Ranking: 57,759

I also got my first DDDT2 Work Unit... a 40 hour B type...

Crunch, crunch, crunch

Re: Members Current Ranking

Well done NicChix applause

Hypernova, your right, I’m finally sitting on the verge of a 3digit rank for points; Rank 1,000 smile - next day 993
I just went over the 17M mark for points (17,082,371),
and just past the 19years runtime mark too, 19:033:05:30:24

Also,
Should reach the 1500 rank milestone for RunTime very soon (Runtime rank is 1,513)!
2 or 3 days short of 5years for NRW,
about 1 week short of 30,000 results returned
and 10days away from 20years runtime.

A few milestones in there.

skgiven, I am on fast approach on runtime at 18 years today and you are at 19 years 91 days. I am moving at average 85 days per day and you move at round 30 days per day. If my calculation is right I will be able to give you a big hug hugs by the 7th of April. smile

Re: Members Current Ranking

Aug 24th broke 8000
Sep 14th broke 7000
Sep 27th under 6000
October 18 5000
Nov 30th 4000
Feb 7th 3000

Mar 29th 2500
incremements will be getting smaller...
I've upgraded my OS to 64 bit on one machine
overclocked another one (25% very stable decent temp, lower
than suggested for 500,000 hour runtimes)
But I'll just have to face the fact that others are getting
machines to rival or exceed mine (or farms with entire solar systems wink Good job H)

By the way how do they know that a CPU will run for 57 years below 72 Celcius? I dont think personal comps have been around that long... I smell a rat. Sorry bit off topic, none of this will be in my next update

Re: Members Current Ranking

Still speeding on the highway, passed the 600 signpost. Rank is now #597.

I start to measure a small deceleration. A small table of the slowdown:

5 days from 1000 ---> 900 (speed 20 ranks per day - RPD)
5 days from 900 ----->800 (20.0 RPD)
6 days from 800------>700 (16.6 RPD)
8 days from 700------>600 (12.5 RPD)

This is due to very strong winds. I have to push the pedal and switch the nitrox injection system in the cylinders to keep up, otherwise I will have to leave the highway for normal roads. As you know the highway has a minimal speed of 10 RPD.

P.S.
The test that I am doing with a CPU running w/o HT has a visible impact even at the whole system level. This is logical, if you slow a planet in it's orbit you get the whole solar systems gravitational equilibrium out of whack. wink
