It is worth upgrading your driver to nVidia 190.38 and your .dll's to CUDA 2.3. I have a noticiable improvement especially for 9800GT's.

Putting images in a signature block is easy. The hard part is getting them arranged to where they look decent. The method to the madness with this forum software seems to be that an image defines a row so that you can't have two stacked images next to one image as tall as the two stacked ones. It seems to usually work best to put the tallest image first in the row. Hitting Enter will put images that follow on a new row. Also, once a row gets wider than about the width of a piece of paper (less margins), folks that view the thread on a regular screen (13 or 14 inch on a laptop for example) will have to scroll left and right to read the posts. The width of three Hall of Fame banners is a good rule of thumb for this. You should also be able to "Restore Down" the browser window and size it to be about the width of a 14 inch screen and see how that looks. Some of the newer browser levels handle that better too so they may actually wrap things on the screen too.

After reinstalling BOINC today, I was looking at the messages to make sure everything was communicating all right. I noticed that WCG was requesting GPU tasks. I'm going to dig through the forums in a little bit, but was wondering if anybody heard that WCG is going to try out GPU crunching.

Also, since I get so many "Download Failed" errors with GPUGrid, I decided to try Aqua again and it appears that they fixed the stuttering screen problem. It's running now, and my screen is acting normal.

Out of probably 100 units i have only completed 3 at GPU
Haven't had any problems with GPUGRID (although 2 WUs is a small sample size).

As for WCG GPU WUs, there are have been a number of comments that HCC is working on something, but I have not seen any annoucements that it's ready for prime time - or even Beta - yet.

I checked my logs and have not seen any messages indicating that WCG is requesting GPU tasks. Could you post the relevant messages here?

The current releases of BOINC checks for both CPU and GPU wu's. That's all. Has nothing to do with WCG.
