Someone with integrity

"the greatest and most successful pseudoscientific fraud I have seen in my long life as a physicist"

"In the interim the ClimateGate scandal broke into the news, and the machinations of the principal alarmists were revealed to the world. It was a fraud on a scale I have never seen, and I lack the words to describe its enormity"

Re: Not sure how much longer they will be able to keep crunching in the UK

I'm having a spot of bother with the green features of Windows 7 cutting off The Global Thermometer (Oh the irony smile)

If left it turns off it's Ethernet connection. I think this may have turned up with an "automatic update"

I've switched off all the options that give Windows the opportunity to switch off the link...and still it's doing it!

Don't worry I'll fix it with Windows 2008 R2 before it goes properly live.

I need to get it up and running late November so I can have a running monthly average ready for kick off on the binary date 1 1 11

I need 24/7/365.2425 reliability

the current view

sad

It's that bought and paid for windows version of Coldfusion that might be the problem smile

Here's some great Carbon news

http://www.guardian.co.uk/science/2010/oct/10...throughs-two-nobel-prizes

"All living things are made of carbon, including human beings whose bodies are 18.5% carbon by weight."

Makes you wonder where all that 18.5% of our body weight that is Carbon comes from doesn't it thinking

whistling

All living things......that's amazing hypnotized

And here's me thinking that 390 ppm CO2 is considered a pollutant and an endangerment to healthwink

It only speaks to the power of small fractions, which you have been incapable of absorbing.

135ppm of hydrogen cyanide is lethal after only 30 minutes.
