We have VERY similar rigs! Mine is an i7 860 at 4ghz also! The thing is a ppd monster!

Temps are on the right in the screenshot, but fans are all on low.

I have a Megahalems in a push/pull config.

The 920 will out perform the 860 when crunching. When gaming in single video card, the 860 will be better. But when gaming in SLI/Crossfire, the 920 is better (given the proper motherboard) since the P55 chipset is limited in PCI-E bandwidth.

I have one graphics card right now, and plan to add another, but NOT SLI mode, so the 860 is ideal for me. It also consumes vastly less power and cost less than a 920... Mine also ocs very well. 4ghz on a cheapo Asetek watercooler installed by IBP on my first try, 100% stable!
