Please drop the flag thing Réjean these are your team mates you are talking to here. Lets try working together and not causing offense to each other. There are now 181 of us on the team and amongst us I'm sure there are many different opinions between us on politics, race, belief and many other things that would separate us and have us take our various corners. If you feel so strongly about any of these issues there are many teams that are out there that can be joined that represent each of these corners.

However this project is one of those opportunities for us to work together for good wherever we may be on this tiny blue planet. Please let's stick to this vision and remember why we are all really adding our CPU power to this project, currently in the hope of finding cures and treatments for some of Mankinds most terrible ailments, and in the future answers to complex mathematical problems for the good of Humanity wherever they may find themselves.

It is agreed that there is not an elected team censor. It is hopefully also agreed that it is dysfunctional and counterproductive for team members to argue publicly; via private email is at least private.

This is how TribalWar, along with most other teams perceived us


David Autumns, along with myself have experienced some pretty severe grief, as a lot has transpired in our team threads due to outside influences, that was frankly beyond our control
You are all aware how tirelessly all our team members have worked to promote the team spirit of MyOnlineTeam and it saddens me to see this negativity from members of our own team


I agree no forum rules were broken but an ounce of common sense would suggest that prevention is better than cure and fuelling the fire does no one any good
As Team Captain, I believe David Autumns has earned the right to request your cooperation in these matters, as it reflects on the team as a whole
It is a given fact that we are all responsible adults here or why else would we be so motivated to contribute to such a worthy cause

I have not had a lot to say lately, as I chose to keep a low profile for a while, as I was getting too much exposure in the forums, but I will not stand by and see all my efforts called into question because of one unfortunate remark made by a team member
We can have 500 positive posts in one thread, however one post that is perceived to be negative can bring our efforts into disrepute and stifle our recruiting efforts
Would everyone involved in this incident please put it behind you and get back to doing what we do best
That is being the team that we have become, because of everyone's individual effort to promote a positive outlook towards this project
I respectfully request that all parties let this unfortunate incident end here.
