Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

Almost 2 days worth of crunching time have been received and crunched on about 30 or so cores. Most are PV, 1 has already validated, 2 are IP.

I see no new tasks since about 08.03h CET.

Anyway, I prefer no more rain today. A dry sky is better for fireworks. biggrin

Got 52 WU this morning on 2 PC's. As there are finishing WU from previous rain, the first type C WU will start to be processed in one hour or two. First results for me tonight, may before 2011. cool

All the rain from this group are out. If all looks good Seippel may release more into the feeder. From the looks of it about 28,000 more work units to be sent out with copy of 2.

Happy New Years,

Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

Happy New Year back at you Uplinger (& to everyone else here as well...)

Do you have a broad estimate as to when those 28k might go into the hopper (later today, this weekend, next week)? I ask because my computer is almost out of work units & I'd really like to refill it with the Dengue project. If not, that's fine, I'll just put a couple of days worth of other projects in & wait & see.

Thanks.

Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

Greg,

My forecasting skills have been off. My estimations are they could be as early as today and as late as the Jan 4th. Depends on a few factors so I will defer the forecast to Seippel.

So far the results look good, but we'll give it at least one more day just to be sure.
