I rather think that the feeder priority must have been set just a little higher this time around. My big machine does seem to have been able to keep up a steady stream of work this time, whereas last time it was barely able to keep busy.
Thanks guys! Oh, and I second the request to know what the 'last' batch number is, not just the number of WUs being sent out. It does make it easier to switch scheduling back to other projects while we wait for some more rain. |

ts01_ b057_ sqb010 is the most recent that I received, about 2 hours ago.
I'm happy to say that I have more PV than IP right now. I'm not holding things up much ![]() |

So I have no understanding how these wu trickle in. Thought I was going to give up after 9 pages. Now at 27 pages and still going. Have to see where this goes. Uplinger posted a few pages back (on Dec. 14) in this thread about why you may get messages about no work available even though not all of the most recent batches of work units have been sent out. It's expected because the project is set for low priority and work units are claimed quickly once they are refilled in the feeder: "The project is set for low priority...which means few slots in the feeder to send out. This get refilled, but for example. say there are 5 spots in the feeder that are filled every 5 seconds...This is why it's hard to grab them on your machine at this time." |
