Hi codes, and anyone else who is interested, I have 4 machines, 2 quad and 2 duo, that I have been running with DDDT2 as the only work unit type specified for several days now. I have the cache on all set to 2 days. I also, just last night, completed processing the CEP2 WUs that were in progress.
I did a count of the number of DDDT2 WUs downloaded to my machines and found I have a total of 182 In Progress. I just applied an update to the Norton Internet Security and, after restarting, got the message saying no work is available. This has nothing to do with Norton but was the result of an Update I did to report completed WUs. I expect the message was for the same reason others have not gotten enough work, but if your cache is not big enough, you may not get the WUs when they are available. If your cache is too big, it may prevent others from getting work. |

Wow, that means that at the current rate the rain continues for at least another week.  Huh, I have to take that back - batch numbers are running through much faster now. Just received one of the ts02_b345s series, just half a day after the ts02 start. So it may be a matter of hours rather than days until the sun comes through again...   Regards, Martin  |

Hey, what ya know, I spoke (wrote) too soon. I picked up 3 more WUs. My scooter rolls on.
 Those were picked up on 3 devices that have cache set to .25 days, all my other devices are set to 1 day. Just the luck of the draw I guess.  |
