The temperature here has been in the mid 90's.

I have an old laptop and desktop that are going to computer heaven this week.
----------------------------------------After I pull the HDs it is off to the recycle center they go. They are just too slow to do anything with and both have issues. Got a lot of use out of them. There are 5 PCs and 2 Androids still running BOINC/WCG so they won't be missed. Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some battle. Please join the team The survivors |

had some issues here and well i am down most of my Androids and some of my computers are only useable for 8-12 hrs a day but i am doing what i can when i can

2 PCs and 2 UPS backups went to computer heaven.
----------------------------------------I have stopped running BOINC/WCG on a Dell 2400 single core Pentium. Most likely the Dell will go to computer heaven to be with its fellow hardware. Later this year our contract on cell phones is up. I plan to convert to LG G3 phones. They are 4-core at 2.5 GHz. That should make up for any loss of processing on outdated PCs. Yesterday there was an additional foreign language graphic in the signature.
----------------------------------------It appeared to be something to do with teams and sessions, whatever that means. Didn't ask for it and could not remove it by editing my signature. the signature maker he uses actualy has a manual phase to it... if you forget to finish off the manual phase you get that message

----------------------------------------Thank you for the explanation. I dropped my cell phone and the back cover is not snapping back into place. It has not been running WCG like it used to because Wi-Fi is not working unless I am near the router. If I can hang on until Nov. 6th I will get a newer phone and retire this one. I will probably take the wife's and my old cell phones, put a cooler fan on them, and run them wide open on all cores. I have a USB powered laptop cooler that has 2 fans and would be a good fit for 2 phones. Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some battle. Please join the team The survivors |

well just made 10 years on Aids..
----------------------------------------just passed 8 years on cancer... slowly getting there.. hopping i don't loose any more computers from my group... lost a bunch of the old cell phones.. not from them breaking but from people breaking there newer phones and needing something to replace them. |
