Team , Can some one guide me to a place where I can find remaining duration of the projects ? As there are many projects coming to close , I would like to make sure that there is enough runway left to get badges :) (I would crunch anyway but badges is a nice motivation) Pramod Have a look at Sek'sdashboard chart and see if that helps. Look at the "days tasks left" line. |

 Good Friday Morning Team Congratulations smcclarigan! I noticed the email on the 8th birthday of WCG. I was a late to the party arriving 37 days late on Dec 22. Hard to believe we have been spinning all these bits on all these computers all that time. I don't remember what my customer number is or volunteer number or whatever that is. I was absent for a year or two or three. Then a few (2-3-4?) years ago, I came back to WCG and MOT. Some of the originals were still here and even our founder David A is back now. I have been trying to make up for lost time but have come to the conclusion that it is not possible. I think there is a moral in there. I think we should abolish the rule about ending sentences with a preposition. Can I hear an "Amen"? Or perhaps like Yoda we should all speak.Do your best to have a good day today. Why not just do your best today. |

RT, I keep going back to that long paragraph above, in particular that next to last sentence where you say "I have been trying to make up for lost time..." and, considering your activity, that does not make sense to me. Of course, I have only been part of MOT since early January of last year.

Of course, I have only been part of MOT since early January of last year. Sorry about that. Just a gentle reminder that once each day is gone, it is indeed gone and cannot be redone. It is not a matter of what I do today; that is independent of what I did or did not do yesterday. Yes, it is a bit of a strange post, I must admit but I sometimes look back at what I have done in my life and what I didn’t. Foolish musings I suppose, but birthdays; WCG and my own precipitate them. The lighter side of that I saw on a commercial the other day wherein the actor said "If you don't have any deep dark secrets, there is still time to make them". |
