With GPU plowing it's way through HCC, aprox how many days are left for HCC (the number of days shown in Sekerob's dashboard is no help in this case)? Unfortunately, my run-of-the-mill-Joe-blow Intel GPU is not able to participate in the GPU/HCC party, so I still have to do CPU crunching (not complaining... it's just a fact).

It's impossible to give an estimate right now, people are just getting their machines working smoothly and figuring out how to get their cards running in optimal conditions for this project, while some are going out and buying new shiny graphics cards just for this project.

Yes, I would completely ignore that chart and simply go by the FLOP rating of the cards, his listing for 7970 is woefully 3x slower than my 7950 is completing work units. If you want a good estimate of how long it will take, measure how many work units are completed now, then measure how many are completed tomorrow, compare that the completion percentage and you have your estimate.

Any estimate for HCC completion is purely speculative at this time. The scientists behind the project may like the new throughput figures and find even more work for the project. Until the scientists weigh in nobody knows.

Well, I guess this will have to be my next badge target after my Sapphire comes in for HFCC... Hopefully, there will be enough time for a Sapphire on both!

noderaser, with ruby in the bank on HFCC [don't know how many days you already have in total] and it having another target lined up (target 11), I'd suggest you first start to build some contribution to HCC [not bronze yet], as it will only go faster. Both at least to emerald will "look" a whole lot better in your collection than a blue and a red ;)
