Yes, we are working on an issue that came up during maintenance. It is causing issues with uploading and downloading at the moment. We are working towards fixing that. No eta at the moment.

I guess that we are only just past the 6 hours which were earmarked for this upgrade / maintenance but it's a bit worrying that there is no ETA yet. Fingers crossed XXXX. It's in good hands though judging by the move to the cloud exercise.

Not being pushy, devilish but I'm going to have to start shutting down rigs that are out of work before I go out this morning. sad

P . P . L ., why would you need to shut down your rigs?, why not just leave them up and running - albeit, with no work, until the techs have resolved their issues, and then the work will upload/download automatically, starting new work as it arrives?
