According to the research page, we're about 20 days from end of the work and still no message notifying about the close finish. Is this project really finishing so soon?

Was stated many times in many projects, WCG page on research progress IS NOT ACCURATE at all . And should be taken as VERY VERY rough Estimate. Only serious stuff to take to the ammount is when they actually Announce it on there own

They do not announce estimated dates to work stoppages, so it's possible we're completing all submitted work, with unannounced work coming soon.
