And, if at all possible, don't mumble something about 'the team being hard at work', 'issues being addressed' or 'problems being solved'. Why not explain what's actually going on, and when you're at it, also mention your ideas about a status page?

I have started crunching again over the last two or three weeks (after a lengthy break). Results are displaying correctly, but my device is still not showing up, and contribution stats are not updating. Nothing under My Contribution, My Activity or My Activity over time - is updating. The info under History has not updated either.

Hi justakiwibird, this is an issue many other volunteers have reported having, so we are working on fixing it for everyone. Regardless of whether you can see it in your _Overview_ page or not, all of your contributions have been processed and sent to their respective projects. You can send us a support email with your missing device's name and host ID if you'd like us to add it manually. |

This is now heading into the 3rd week, and also the number of WUs in the result page keeps increasing, which can't be good for the supposedly scarce drive space. It would really be appreciated if you could keep us informed on those things a bit more often, so we are a bit less surprised if this things blows up once again... ![]() Ralf ![]() |

Where do I find my host ID? I did email you with my account details and device name, but couldn't see a host ID anywhere. Someone replied and said they would get back to me if they couldn't add my device manually. I haven't heard anything back, but the device is still not showing up.
