Thanks Cyclops, sorry to be a pain, but I've also just spotted that my other new host - 8701835 - is also not showing up. Would you be able to ask the tech team to look into this one as well, please? :)

I am considering RENAMING the computers I use for WCG.
Is there anyone who has successfully done so and has any comments and/or suggestions for me. Yes, I they are currently recognized and processing WU’s |

----------------------------------------Again I'm missing newly configured device in My Devices. Statistics history is missing as well for machine. HostIDs for the missing device is 8697419. Any ETA for getting this fully resolved? I don't know why it happened again. I have also changed my ID... Hello,
I also have a newly device that is missing. HostID is : 8697433 In the result page, all my result show windows 10 (Old device), except they all ran on windows 11 (new device). Could you add it? Thank you.  |

In the result page, all my result show windows 10 (Old device), except they all ran on windows 11 (new device) Stone age old BOINC bug.I have here in the office a host that was upgraded about 4 years ago to Windows 10 and it still shows up as Windows 8.1. And a new Windows Server 2019 is from the start identified as Windows Server 2016... Either way, it is nothing that even remotely effect the functionality, nor is this something that can be changed/fixed by WCG. That's a BOINC (Berkeley) problem... Ralf  |

I am considering RENAMING the computers I use for WCG. Is there anyone who has successfully done so and has any comments and/or suggestions for me. Yes, I they are currently recognized and processing WU’s bfmorse, I renamed one of my computers 3 months ago. The device name updated in Results but did not update in Devices. It took several forum posts and multiple support emails (w/screenshots) to get them to look at it. It was manually fixed recently (finally). See my posts earlier in this thread. This problem really needs to be prioritized for a resolution. Or, at least give us a status on when it will get fixed. Manual updates are not sustainable. After the call for more contributors the number of these posts has increased dramatically. Not seeing your work being counted is not acceptable, especially for new contributors. AgrFan DId you find that the results between the two names (old and new) get merged without issue? Judging from your comment, that seems to be the case, but wanted to verify that info. Did you have any WU's in progress when you renamed the device? Should I clear all WU's from the device BEFORE I rename it? I do not want to create unnecessary work for other volunteers.
