Large amount of points from RobSab yesterday. Looks like he has been crunching some monsters.  Reasons to join the Coconauts 1. No silly certificates here. 2. Own team webbie, with no advertising. 3. Our own stats generator, that is not hotlinked to another site. 4. Our own open forum, with no advertising. 5. You don't have to brew your own beer or whatever to be a Coconaut. 6. Established team, not here today and gone tomorrow. 7. Small and friendly and open to everyone. So that's 7 good reasons to join today. See you soon. Geez! Tony Do you work at ntlworld.com? Strange url for your gifs. Nope, but I do get 55MB of server space from them with my broadband connection. Not much good for hosting a website but fine for gifs, etc. I store about 400 there (so far) and link to them as required. Thanks for your help with the crunching, over the past couple of weeks. |

 COCONUT ICE CREAM Ingredients: 2 cups Whipping Cream (35%) 1/4 cup Toasted Shredded Coconut 5 Egg yolks 3 tbsp Granulated White Sugar Directions: Bring cream and coconut to a boil in small sauce pan, remove from heat and steep 10 minutes and then return to a boil. Whisk egg yolks and sugar together, gently temper 1/3 of the hot mixture into eggs and sugar to cool slightly. Add remaining cream mixture to egg, sugar and cream. Place in freezer stirring frequently or in ice cream machine. |

For those who dislike porridge, dedicated to JC, who glows! COCONUT PORRIDGE Ingredients : 100g of porridge oats 100ml coconut milk 100ml of water Method : Place ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook, stirring constantly for 3-4 minutes until thick. Pour into a bowl and top with fresh fruit of your choice. |
