Just switched most of my boxes back to UD it might be a work unit or 2 before normal BOINC service is resumed. Keep 'em crunching Dave It looks as if My Online Team is falling apart---I might have to come back--maybe the Lord will give me some good luck--my wife passed away in Sept. now i have blood clots in my right leg |

Well marysduby, I wouldn't call it luck. But I do pray the Lord works with and in you. Sorry to hear about MOT.
By the way, BlueJeans , it's good to have you join this family of crunchers who maybe hobbled a bit due to the BOINC issue.  Dave, I've got 2 older machines that are chuggin' away. I don't have the time to change mine over. I appreciate your enthusiasm & efforts. I also appreciated your cute "Levi" comment when welcoming BlueJeans.  |

Well I have been considering switching to UD until the BOINC issue is resolved, but I figure this might happen again in the future, so instead I've attached my clients to Rosetta@Home, but left WCG with a 100% resource share (set it at boincstats). That way, my clients will crunch on R@H when WCG is unavailable, and my computers can still be helping people... :)

I did go ahead and added UD to 3 of my PCs here at the house. I'm working on an email to send to some friends and family inviting them to join me on WCG. Maybe in the next few weeks we can pick up some more members from it. We'll see.

Thought I'd let you know that I just sent out 20 emails to friends and family about WCG and the Christians Team. None are currently members. Maybe some will choose to join us. I'm sure I'll be hit up about it at Christmas!

----------------------------------------BOINC is back I've already gathered an excellent days worth of points at the half way stage! The boinc bounceback points spike is going to be a cracker. The team to watch will be Xstreme Systems who have disappeared from the stats completely over the last couple of days running solely BOINC.My UD agents are all tucked up now for another rainy WCG day.
