So many decided to go with SeriousCrunchers - even new Base Campers  Welcome Crystal Pellet and thepeacemaker7  and stefada broke his principles EDIT IV: - I hope everybody in your region is well, as I read about torrential rainfall and people marooned on rooftops in Sotuhwestern France and BladeD caved in  EDIT II: BladeB was a typo - now corrected into BladeD when push came to shove EDIT: Went to look at SeriousCrunchers' payroll: PecosRiverM was there for a brief moment and Doneske re-activated his membership  - aarrrwwww this is touching  thank you all of you  I have a feeling that we should be able to amass a good deal of Base Campers to support SNURK and friends in Round 3, too, - because there is a Round 3, isn't there?  - and I think Field Marshall NixChix sits in front of Dino, his computer, Puppy at his feet and Escher II EDIT III: - is it Escher I or II; do you have one or two? parked on the runway outside the huge hangarlike building that houses Dino feeding it information of possible scenarios sans OldChap and sans VietOZ. I thank everybody for pitching in with SNURK and/or SeriousCrunchers. I'll ask our Field Marshall to design a program for Dino figuring out whom to deal which badges   Until the reveille, I'll stay with XtremeSystems as a modest thank you for the help. Je pense que si il y a eu autant de victimes, c'est parce que c'est arrivé dans la nuit, et que les gens ont été surpris dans leur sommeil. ---------- The deadly flood took place further south, although here we have a lot of rain too. On this graph we can see how fast the water rose between midnight and 9:30 this morning. I think that if there were so many victims, it's because it happened in the night, and people were surprised in their sleep. Private : Tellement absorbé par le challenge, je n'ai pas fait attention (alors que little mermaid a répété plusieurs fois que j'ai eu plusieurs badges), mais ça y est, je suis un 'vrai' Base Camper ! Je ne fais plus que participer au forum, j'ai aussi crunché pour d'autres équipes (même si ça reste exceptionnel pour le THOR challenge). C'est à la fois un peu bizarre de ne pas être avec la Team Kraland, et en même temps c'est très agréable. L'impression de remercier (à ma mesure). Aussi, même si je suis le 'petit dernier', je me fais plaisir avec mes résultats. Ma signature indique que je suis maintenant dans le Top 5.0% des cruncheurs, toutes catégories confondues. Et dans la nuit, je devrais passer les 6 ans de calcul. Raison pour laquelle je reste un jour de plus avec les SeriousCrunchers, que ça fera une très jolie capture, ma signature en passant ce cap avec eux. Pas si mal, pour quelqu'un d'inscrit depuis un an et deux mois et quelques ? En tous cas j'en suis bien content ! ---------- So absorbed by the challenge, I did not pay attention (while little mermaid repeated several times that I had several badges), but that's it, I'm a 'true' Base Camper! I do not just participate in the forum, I also crunches for other teams (although it is exceptional for the THOR challenge). It's a little weird not to be with Team Kraland, and at the same time it's very nice. The impression of thanking (to my measure). Also, even if I'm the 'little latest', I'm happy with my results. My signature indicates that I am now in the Top 5.0% of crunchers, all categories. And in the night, I should spend 6 years of calculation. Reason why I stay one more day with the SeriousCrunchers, that it will make a very nice capture, my signature passing this course with them. I cannot say I'm glad that the flood didn't hit your area, because it hit somewhere else. But I can say, I'm glad that you and Saphir12 are safe Did the river rise under your beautiful bridge? Yes! We'll all gather to help SNURK get into the Top Three. It will be an uphill battle, because two 'heavy' Base Campers, OldChap and VietOZ, from XtremeSystems are busy elsewhere. On the other hand, sujo1, captain of SeriousCrunchers has encouraged his team members - many of whom are seasoned Base Campers to go help SNURK. Also thepeacemaker7 will come bringing his usual machinery plus probably a lot of androids. You have got the Base Camp bug in your blood, stefada. nap may come. BladeD lives there, so does Crystal Pellet, and SNURK has four new permanent members. I'm confident SNURK shall attract more helpers - perhaps even more permanent members. We shall all do what we can to make this THOR Round 3 as good for SNURK as possible.  |

I like the looks of the Avionnette with the ornate fan tail better. It kind of looks like a mermaid's tail, doesn't it. The Avionnette had VILLE D'ESCH No. 1 painted on it. The HM.14 Pou du Ciel had ACBM on the rudder. Puppy at his feet and Escher II EDIT III: - is it Escher I or II; do you have one or two? parked on the runway outside the huge hangarlike building that houses Dino Oh my! I have a hard enough time figuring out annual miles on buses.feeding it information of possible scenarios sans OldChap and sans VietOZ. I thank everybody for pitching in with SNURK and/or SeriousCrunchers. En faisant les captures, je m'amuse de constater qu'en ayant passé si peu de temps dans les équipes amies, c'est avec elles que j'ai passé ces caps.
----------------------------------------   While making the catches, I am amused to note that having spent so little time in the friendly teams, it is with them that I spent these capes. Campfire Pour se motiver à faire que SNURK and friends arrive au TOP 3, je vous propose un petit plat spécial régime (plein d'énergie et très bon, c'est bien ça le principe ?) En Bretagne, on appelle ça une 'complète'. C'est une galette de sarrasin, avec du fromage, du jambon, et un œuf.  To motivate ourself to make that SNURK and friends arrives at the TOP 3, I propose a special diet dish (full of energy and very good, that's the principle?) In Brittany, we call it a 'complete'. It is a buckwheat pancake, with cheese, ham, and an egg. Puppy, tu veux du jambon ? Vient me voir ! Voila NixChix, ça va être mieux qu'une boussole ! ---------- Puppy, do you want some ham?
