We love them  stefada, at Christmas being with family is so very important. Here goes A dear Base Camper friend suggested to me: ’maybe you should tell the base campers to eat all eggs Benedict off of automobile hubcaps, as there is no plate like chrome for the Hollandaise’ I had no idea what he meant and had to ask. Do you? Or is it pure Idahoian? Well, we have a suggestion for a trek at mid-January. Details will be revealed come a new year  Chit-chat He-he, nothing here just chatting with my seahorse ...... who has the good sense never to contradict me   |

Business I suggested yesterday that Escher-1 would be in for a long haul to Scandinavia. I have heard from the two prospects, and there's no beef in it they tell me .... Scandinavia? No. Not so. Even longer. It will be a surprise. To be announced immediately before the planned take-off on January 15th 2019. Think outer space, NixChix  |

Good Morning Base Campers!
Business Well, our program for January is shaping up. Further. nap suggested that we spent January 14 with My Efforts against Childhood Cancer - and just that very one day whereafter we take off toward outta space  nap already designed a badge for that short but sweet trek:  This trek does take place in Scandinavia - Finland. They flog themselves with birch twigs in the sauna ....  ..... so, of course nap chose birch twigs for his design   |

Not bathbrooms - 'bouquets' of birch twigs.
You can also whip each other. It is meant to open the pores of your skin and make your circulation better before you run out of the sauna and roll yourself in the snow, jump in an icy lake, or take a cold shower. Sauna-related pictures |

Good Morning Base Campers! Outer space... I was able to watch the launch of the NASA InSight mission from my home since it was launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base. A first for me and a sight that brought tears to my eyes knowing where it was going. The builder of Escher-1 would have loved to have seen it (the first Wright Brothers flight was 6 months before his birth). I may have to enclose the cockpit on Escher-1 and install a heater LM. I hear it is very cold in space.Business I suggested yesterday that Escher-1 would be in for a long haul to Scandinavia. I have heard from the two prospects, and there's no beef in it they tell me .... Scandinavia? No. Not so. Even longer. It will be a surprise. To be announced immediately before the planned take-off on January 15th 2019. Think outer space, NixChix Also on New Years Day NASA will make contact with an object that is a billion miles past Pluto. It is amazing that they can even keep in contact at that distance. Aujourd'hui, nous avons fait le vrai repas de Noël en famille (que personne ne travaille, et qu'on ait le temps de se faire un festin sans pouvoir compter le nombre de plats). Un d'entre eux m'a fait penser à toi Little Mermaid.
 Today, we had the real Christmas dinner with the family (no one works, and we have time to feast without being able to count the number of dishes). One of them reminded me of you Little Mermaid. |

I will gather up Puppy and head Escher-1 to My efforts against childhood cancer early since I am just 3 days away from hitting 20 years on SCC. What a fitting team to be crunching for when I reach that milestone.
