Good Afternoon Base Campers Outpost Trek #2 - U.S. Air Force @ Collatz Conjecture: At this the last official day of our Trek we lack 15,028,781 points in having reached 200 mio. And if some arithmetic buff finds that a big jump from yesterday, the reason is a mess up in my spreadsheet.  So, are you about to pull up stakes and throwing stuff in your rucksacks? Where are you all going? I think I'll hang around for a bit  - to be honest I have to dream up a considerable sum of money for diesel before I can move No rumors, no nothing! Good Morning Base Campers

I admit to making that badge as a suggestion to get the ball rolling, and in order to coax each of you into making a real good one. You didn't come forward. The table caught. We are stuck with this half-baked one! Sorry. It's officially over. That notwithstanding most of us are still listed there. At the last moment PecosRiverM succeed in making his GPU deliver some rounds. For the Base Campers who don't know PecosRiverM: He is a team mate of USAFA 82's. The two of them have their own private competition, I understand. USAFA 82 talked him into trying Base Camping. I hope this difficult start will not keep you from trying one more time, PecosRiverM, and hopefully become a regular. We should be pleased to have you along. If you wish, you are welcome to join our Base Camp Forum now and get your authorization for going everywhere there. The link is in my siggy. Sorry, no badge, no stats, no nothing this time. Next time, however, you'll earn one I hope will not fall through - you being used to Fury from the sky - Red Devils and all. It's officially over. Kind of a pity. After all sorts of difficulties with joypipe's posh Official U.S. Air Force BOINC Team Website it now works - we had four places to post, not all of us could get in, some found a cat flap, the siggies wouldn't work, working links couldn't be established and images not posted - and finally the Trojan Exdoer invaded. It hasn't been easy. But Dan Holtz assure us that everything is fixed now. So we ought to try once more. If you go there, be sure to take a peak at one of joypipe's posts. He has put Crunchie, our Base Camp kitten, in his signature - it couldn't be cuter.  It's officially over. Please, please stay in touch in our Forum, Base Campers. BTW, do any of you know what happened to GT2010Cola? Yesterday Base Camp supporter densnaps from the Edwardians - aka Wishbone - offered some very interesting titbits about his neck of the woods - it happened to take place in SeriousCrunchers' team thread, (hope we are forgiven). I recommend you to pay a visit. Wishbone and I had Tea for Two and trained the song's cha-cha-cha version.
