Hi my darling campers.
Do the Episcopalians have a team page?
Coffee also, Anne-Lise; again needing ice and heavy cream.

Re: Base Camp.......The team that isn't

Firstly: Thank you very much to my friend NAP2614 for joining Trek #28
smile
- that makes us a fine (not dirty) dozen!
(Ghoste Plane): Loving today's sound track!
You do! Thank you.
It was a little experimental.
(oliviathefirst): Hi my darling campers.
Do the Episcopalians have a team page?
Coffee also, Anne-Lise; again needing ice and heavy cream.
Sweet Elaine: No they don't have a team page. They only link to a basic Episcopalians page.
In fact: They are not even "they".
They are only Base Camper #100 deltavee (when he's home that is)
Will you join, Elaine? You can find the way in Base Camp Forum: "Where We're at" by TDL.
We'll fix you ice, coffee and heavy cream in addition to the Coca-Cola.
Please mix it yourself, and please don't show me the result

sick
Edit:
Epicopalians --> Episcopalians - OMG, synaptic turbulence sets in all the time.
Yesterday Lone_Wolf53 in a discreet PM turned my attention to the fact
that I had missspelled the thread name .... tsk, tsk, tsk ..
- thank you for taking care of me - I need all the help I can get
crying

Re: Base Camp.......The team that isn't

Good Afternoon Base Campers
Since yesterday we were joined by my e-mail friend NAP2614 who surprised me
by declaring his wish to Trek along. Welcome to the world of guest crunching, nap.
Also Elaine/oliviathefirst is in. So good to see you. You just mix the drink you like
from the ingredients on the table. Everything needed for your special taste should be there now <but don't show me>
Thank you nap and Elaine

So we are 13 crunching Base Campers now. They say 13 around the table brings unhappiness,
so we need just one more to brush away any superstition.
Sport, I interpreted your answer as a limited yes.
Dan Holtz, you might just run some cycles with your new bicycle seats
- well, I enhanced your possibilities with the bear smileys, right? OK, OK, you told me about
"The Blues Brothers" film, so - no - the Mafia tactics (you owe me a favor) doesn't apply.
I have to rely on your good will. And I think you are sweating busy, fighting the Wallow fire.
alephnull, I still trust you to find those few minutes ...
Everybody else is welcome as well to save us from unhappiness.

In my city, the town gardener and his people work miracles every year. Here you see the an arrangement of
pelargonium peltatum known as ivy-leaf geranium or cascading geranium on a backdrop of Saint Peter's church
mentioned at the first time in AD 1135. It is one of Denmark's finest Gothic structures
and its current appearance is unchanged since AD 1335. The low row of houses called
Boderne - sorry, Danish only
were built during the 1400s as homes. These are Denmark's longest medieval row house structure.

So you liked it French, Ghost Plane, so let's stay in Europ today.
French:
Aux Champs Elysées
Italian:
Nel blu di pinto di blu
and German - with a lenghty and thorough introduction by a host in his Sunday best:
Dschingis Khan (that's how the Germans spell it)

You don't have to know any of these languages to join Base Camp
- a knack for crunching and enjoying friendship will do
so we invite you to be our
Newest Camper and join Trek #28 - Texas - right away
- we'll leave some food and drink for you
Bienvenu! Benvenuti! Willkommen!

I see Texas is the world news due to all the dismembered corpses .
very worrying dont ya think

Well yeees, but it seems the bodies were so dismembered they only ever existed in the mind of the clairvoyant that alerted the Long arm of the law and so to speak things got out of hand smile

Remarkably, police, FBI agents, Texas Rangers and cadaver dogs - followed by a slavering media pack on the ground and in the sky - launched a massive operation based on the "ghost whisper" information, descending on a rural property near the town of Hardin, outside Houston, in search of the bodies.

Red faces all round I think devilish

I love fuchsia's, triphylla Gartenmiester Bonstadt in this picture
is very prolific Humming birds love them use their long tongues to probe those tubes .
People grow Buddlia the so called butterfly bush to attract Flutterbys . I grow the triphylla fuchsia's to encourage humming
birds .So far this ploy hasn't worked I just dont understand it
I did try an advert in the periodical "Hummers Weekly"

Another failure about twenty huge Gas guzzling Jeep type vehicles complete with their dodgy looking drivers turned up it seemed barely able to read. they wanted to go back to the future !!! I kept telling them fuchsia! fuchsia! fuchsia!

Re: Base Camp.......The team that isn't

Thank you for the music, Wishbone.
Many have difficulties accepting there is more between heaven and earth, but it is a fact that clairvoyants
often are able to see clearer than normal people. But accept it? Nooooo, police work ain't voodoo.
Lovely, fuchsias.
Bracing myself for yet another embarrassing correct correction, I would clairvoyantly say
that hummingbirds don't visit your fuchsias because hummingbirds don't carry the coveted British passport.
Is that still navy blue? Or must it go beet root red as other EU countries' passports?

Re: Base Camp.......The team that isn't

devilish We have much to thank the EU for, haven't we?
What would life be like if we didn't have highly educated people - lots of them - figuring out
that passport design is a matter too, too important to leave to each individual country,
and instead standardising them for us into beetroot red passports across the board?
