Finally one warm summed day here, so went ski jumping.
----------------------------------------For those who not so familiar with all nuances with this fine art of physical exercise, red saves collar bone. Basically you are face down when returning to earth, and only way to know when slope is changing to flat, is those red marks on outer edges. When you see red, it is latest moment to bend knees and come down like a rock, which is not big deal when entering to deep slope, can always perform telemark and everything. But if you hit flat surface on hundred kilometers (60 miles) per hours, it's more like pizza kind of landing. Seriously it can be most challenging to pick no nose while broken clavicle. ![]() Up we go: ![]() Truck net, to catch over high vehicles. ![]() Almost on top, just couple of grips: ![]() Then there is also personal elevator: ![]() Bet you cannot found these from bridges: ![]() Track maintenance vehicle: ![]() Some view: ![]() Kind of did forget my skis to 1980's, so did come down same way ![]() ![]() ![]() [Edit 2 times, last edit by ultimaThule at Jun 29, 2014 8:53:56 AM] |

That meal looked pretty fancy. Probably very tasty, but not real filling.

Probably very tasty, but not real filling. Cheers Need to agree half of that. Seriously it was kind of odd. That restaurant (I think / really do not know) is founded but some couple, and still think another one has manage interior and another half kitchen. Very beautiful concept absolutely, but I did found it challenging because I was not able to found any own handwriting, but most certainly handwritten that did try copy something. With this I mean, that if you take a look at building, is it obviously jugend. Those torches on wall are still part of that concept, chandelier absolutely sure. But rest of interior is seriously collection of some very another kind of styles. Did not turn camera around, but there was something like baroque chandeliers and even 1960-style pop-shades on same area. So basically restaurant was flee market of different styles. Unfortunately food did follow same concept, these was seriously challenge with materials, like okra and duck on main fuud. Takes real magician to make harmony out of those and this fellow unfortunately was not kind of one. So instead harmony, there was more like dozen one man band banking on my mouth, very much like interior. Let's put this back. Did remove because did notice that it cause some soulsearching again. Spend also time on local pub, and did notice that I was so much more comfy there. Think main reason for this is that it is honest handwriting from those who has build place, it is not attempt to copy something ad astra. Absolutely nothing against foreign cultures either, happen to love high ones very much, but that first restaurant was nice try and abata to limbo between culture where it did not never reach and culture which it pretend to be above about, it seems to be quite unpleasant for me. I just feel that I go present some odd roles to those places. Not any "real" restaurant on rural, so here's me on local pub having beer-bear (carving on class present bear) and did have seriously jolly good time. Easy place to be, lots of nice fellows around, pool table, terrace, beer, food that is not too challenging to chef. Some jolly good time ![]() ![]() ![]() [Edit 1 times, last edit by ultimaThule at Jun 30, 2014 4:18:09 PM] |

Some iron curtain:
----------------------------------------![]() Yup, went punk bar on weekend. Funny how clean all "tactical surfaces" were, have seen dirtier porcelain before. ![]() Beautiful day, so did spend my time on terrace, even wood-tables on outside were so clean, that I could wear my ear plugs directly from them. Did witness two racket. First one was solved when group (five punker) did found out that they can have veggie burritos from street kitchen across the street. Another one was caused by suddenly appeared home wife who, did start to blame hers husband sipping cider while her need to do all the vacuuming and dishes. She did almost yell and everything and was very grumpy. Did not see how did this conflict end, did need refilling and when come back, they both gone. Seriously lame country ![]() ![]() [Edit 2 times, last edit by ultimaThule at Jul 13, 2014 3:30:07 PM] |

Just do not understand the whole punk thing. Chain curtains are OK, but all that graffiti is, in my humble opinion, just ugly. But I guess some people enjoy that kind of "art."
