Re: New Beta badges awarded

The C Type downloading took so much time on a per task basis, that work stayed in the hopper for a very long time. Yesterday there was a steady trickle of many hours, them completing quick, and client asking for more, so got 29 on top of the 19 on Friday. Even when all is validated, guess there's still another 18 days needed to gold [90]... so 180 days to ruby is pretty amazing.

Re: New Beta badges awarded

biggrin Finally I got my last missing and long awaited badge. biggrin

Now I am waiting for more projects to come to extend my collection. And there is still plenty of room for single badge enhancements.

Re: New Beta badges awarded

Didn't get any badge but I tripled my score. From 1 day of Run Time I am now at 3 days with a total of 44 WU validated. smile
Another eleven days until a badge will appear with the very coveted ancient greek symbol praying praying praying

Re: New Beta badges awarded

Oh well, I had a couple of hours extra. Nothing much, but more than I expected when I first heard the minimum configuration required for this Beta run.

Maybe next Beta batch will softer on the demands, and give my museum a fighting chance to get some more Wu's wink

Re: New Beta badges awarded

rembertw, I do not know what type of museum it is. By looking at the impressive number of sapphire badges you have probably a museum on future technology. You crunch since 2005 and this helps I suppose.

Re: New Beta badges awarded

No no, sadly no future technology. Only the power of numbers, and longtime crunching of course... About 15 active devices at the moment, with the best machines being dual cores. Average age of the boxes is about 3-4 years old I guess, only upgraded with some RAM.

Although I've been thinking of getting a modern computer for private use sometime soon.

I just got some more Beta's. :) Still 22 days short of Silver though.
