Ok, the 00627 are in the hopper right now. Which means they will probably be sent out over the next 2 days. This means starting next week, members may see no new work available from time to time. -Uplinger I have been seeing 627 WUs so I guess that really means we're very close to the end. I have stopped receiving RICE since I have enough WUs to get me to two years. This morning I was at 1 year 298 days and I have 5 computers with 14 cores crunching away. I had to have someone from the Geek Squad come in yesterday to straighten out the newest box I got. -Dave Running 10 Cores here for the cause.. wish I can have 24 with the 2 systems with the new 6 core I7 CPU.. I could get 20 cores total if I replace one dual core box that that new I7 6 core monster then hyper thread for a total of 12 on the box.. They are going to need to start calculating for those new systems... not only that building quad cores are so dirt cheap now.. always the problem is space and power consuption.. my I7 Quad is a lynfield 860 uses as much power as my old P3 1 Ghz box did :) |

Again, there's been no tail off... in fact, validations this morning of 32,400 exceeded that of the same period on Tuesday, which was higher than same period Monday.

99.09% done according to to as of 20:15 UTC on 24/3/09 I will get the first badge for this project today. All of my tasks 621 I have another 13 waiting to start on my Q6700 before I will see if I can get any more tasks. Crunch em if you can.

Looks like I'm almost there... Have stopped caching on an old machine I pulled out of the closet, and also my laptop. Will keep caching for a day or two on the three permanent machines, to build in a little safety margin. So far, I've only gotten one "No New Work" message on my permanent machines, though the old temporary one has gotten a lot of them--probably because it's an "unreliable" host in the eyes of WCG since it's been on and offline for a while.
