There are a bunch of people waiting for these Barn Owl eggs to hatch.
This is very entertaining to watch. The nest box is above a school in San Marco Calf.

Presently, the female is eating a rat as she incubates her eggs (5 of them).
One egg looks like it has been chipped through and will hatch soon!

It is very interesting if you join the chat room. The social chat is mostly spam.
I had to bring "Molly" up on one of the dual-card crunching machine. My Pentium D even with a GTX285 just could not keep up with my live weather station, live streaming "Molly" and live streaming NASCAR. laughing biggrin laughing

I kind of overloaded my weather station as well. It got so busy crunching it was running out of memory and the ws program would crash.

I put the 9800 in the ubuntu box and am having a heck of a time getting the GPU driver to load. I haven't messed with linux in quite a few years, so I'm kind of rusty at it. laughing

The second owlet was born about an hour ago. The whole site has gone viral with over 2 million unique viewers. It has been on all the major newscasts in the US. WARNING: Watiching Molly and McGee can be addicting. laughing biggrin laughing
