We have 20°C and sun shine in Vienna, Austria. So you have to come here to relax I finished my 180 days Rice crunshing and earned my first ruby badge. It is 45°F (7°C) with gray skies here in the Chicago area. It would not surprise me to see some rain later today. Congratulations on getting to your first ruby badge. That is a lot of crunching on a project. I never made it to Vienna but I suspect I would have loved it. I spent a week vacationing with friends from Germany in Salzburg. I fell in love with Salzburg. |

Good Morning MOT.. :) How's everyone doing here? The weather is yucky here.. raining, but not too much.. I wanted sunshine, but apparently my request was denied. Dr. Mike.. Expecting 70F+ today, bright and mostly clear skies. The forecast calls for a slight chance of showers, but it doesn't look that way to me. Last night, one of my systems got 2 DDDT2 WUs, a B and a C. That should get me just about half way to bronze. However, it looks like they've run out again.  - D |

Yea, I loved Salzburg too though the rest of the Bavarian Alps give it a run for its money. You can't beat fresh made apple streudel from a small town bakery over there. We stayed at a pension in Salzburg over by Untersberg mountain (it came straight down into their backyard). That was quite a sight to wake up to. Over in Innsbruck, I had what they called a Tyrolean farmer's meal. It would be a vegan nightmare. You got just about every type of meat you could eat, all piled high. It would fill up even a teenager!Great crunching Bravehart! You probably got that ruby just in time since Rice is all but done now. |

I figured by now they would have had more to send out? Dr. Mike.. There's some more now. I got 3 C's on two different systems today. They only run about 40 minutes on my faster system and just over an hour and 20 minutes on the slower one. I bet the DDDT2 project stats will show a large increase in the number of results returned within a day or two. My systems crunch everything except for HPF2 (too many problems) and Rice (I won't get sapphire, so I figured I'd leave the WUs for those that need them for badges). - D |
