Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

There's seemingly enough to spill over into the multi-project selected caches. Got 4 of C226 yesterday and in perspective, there probably are still 21+ million tasks to come, in "stop and go traffic" over the next 12-18 months, enough to get me emerald a sapphire hue before the end :-)

--//--

PS: The tally stands at 2,168,174 validated of which most was the ''ts'' testing. The full body of the original 18 actual targets was 22,108,000 WU's (before repairs). Not heard of anything that has changed that number substantively.

Wow! 21+ million tasks. This isn't just a rain, its a flood. Anybody have an extra ark to loan out?

No, it's not. He said...in "stop and go traffic" over the next 12-18 months. wink

The last must be after dg02_d103_pqb007 which I've just started.

I'm still getting WU into my cache (dg02_d121_pr02a0_0 just came in), but the rate of WU seems to be slowing. We'll see what happens tomorrow.

Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

I have no idea where the fire is. Apparently nowhere near me as I have downloaded 376 WU this afternoon, so far, and not a single repair WU in the bunch. Wolf! Wolf! cool

Re: New thread for It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!...

I just discovered there is another parameter that affects how many WU I get to process. The cache size affects the number of jobs that can be saved for later processing. The network work area affects how often my client asks for new WU. You old timers already knew this, but we newbies are just learning it. Any other parameters that are involved in the number of WU one gets?
