There are 111,687 work units total (two copies of each will be sent out). The first batch is dg05_c_g03_c021_to_c030_typeC and the last batch is dg05_d_g50_d491_to_d499_typeC. Good luck! A couple of dg05_d498_sqb just downloaded here, followed by a dg05_d491_sr. I suspect that the _sr units are the last in each group to be loaded.

This is the 1st time that I've run this project. From looking at the thread am I correct in assuming that WU are only available every 6 months or so?

Bryan... first, welcome to the forums. This is my second time that I've chased after DDDT2 WUs and so far, yes, it's been aprox 6 months (last time was in Jan). This project is different from others in that the processing of the WUs is done in different stages (please see the following link -> https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread_thread,28528 ). You have to have a lot of patience with this particular project. I usually drop everything to get DDDT2 WUs since this is a disease that affects many people in the country where I live.

Thank you for the reply and information CISL. I would be more than happy to help on this project when WU are available. I suppose it would be to much to hope that there is an email notification system available :)
I don't always run WCG so I may miss the next batch when they become available. |

Bryan,about the only thing you can do is RSS this thread, and keep an eye out for notifications of impending 'storms'.
There shouldn't be too much activity on the thread once the current storm is over, so it won't clog your inbox. |
