My dad is in NC and I was there after the last big ice storm helping him cut damaged pines before they fell on his house. I do hope that the weather avoids you.

It's raining here in Arizona! Don't mind me, I have lived in Arizona for 20+ years now and it has been about 2-3 months since we had any rain and it's nice to see it. Rain here is like everyone elses first snow every time it happens 3/4 of the local news cast is about rain. They have reporters on the street all over Pheonix and surrounding cities doing live reports showing how the streets and sidewalks are almost getting wet from the drizzle. We might get floods since they say this storm may dump 1/4 of an inch on us in the next day or two. Walked outside and had to run right back inside to change from my shorts into pants. The rain dropped the temperature way down to 62F. Brrrrr...
