Je fais partie de ceux qui suivent LM pour faire un trek dans ton équipe avec le Base Camp. Et je me suis dit : C'est bien de cruncher ensemble, mais ça serait bien de faire un peu de pub à l'équipe aussi. C'est une bonne occasion pour la mettre en avant, et qui sait, peut-être recruter ?

Je me permet donc de faire remonter ce topic. J'espère que tu ne trouveras pas ça trop osé, alors que nous ne nous connaissons même pas.

Avec ma Capitaine (je fais partie de l'équipe Kraland, en dehors des treks) on a relancé une équipe où il restait moins d'une dizaine d'actifs, sur environ 600 membres ... Au final, on a réussi à faire qu'on soit environ 40 actifs, et depuis ça tourne autour. Pour y arriver, nous avons beaucoup insisté sur la communication. Saphir12 a commencé par s'arranger avec le support pour être Capitaine, qu'il n'y en avait plus. Ensuite elle a envoyé un e-mail à tous les membres pour les relancer (une option quand on est Capitaine d'une équipe) . Puis nous avons lancé des topics sur ce forum et celui où l'équipe à été créée. Partagé autant que possible sur FaceBook, etc ...
Toi qui a un blog, tu pourrais aussi faire un billet pour annoncer le trek avec le Base Camp.

Vraiment, ceux ne sont que des conseils, que j'ai trouvé très intéressant tout ce que tu as écrit. (Mais ça date un peu quoi)
