If you download app_config, you can restrict the number of cores/threads that can run a particular project.

For instance, say you have 8 cores/threads, you could restrict Faah2 to 2 and leave Hstb on 8. Your machine would then run only 2 Faah2 and 6 Hstb when you have Faah2 units and 8 Hstb when you don't have any Faah2.

If you can't set up a scheduler task, you will have to do it manually. Request an update at 16 minutes and 30 seconds past the hour. If you get work then it will repeat the request 2 minutes later. If not, then do the update manually after 2 minutes. Repeat twice more (the last time is to pick up resends if available).

Repeat the whole thing starting at 46 minutes and 30 seconds past the hour. Then do the same every hour. You should get enough to avoid repeating the process too often.

Resends can appear at any time, but would take too much effort to pick them up, except immediately after each half-hourly session.
