I have 2 macines running 24/7. Both are intel 3770-i7.Both have a cache limit of 8 and a thread limit of 4 out of 8.
I seem to be running with about 6 - 8 in each machine. which is about right as units are not continuously available. Neither cache has fallen as low as 4 since the restart. Mike |

I have two hosts (both on the same machine. One Win10 running as a guest under Ubuntu24.10 which is the other host. The Windows tasks are all just over 7 hours to completion and the Linux ones just over or under 5 hours. I would like to have more work on the Linux client for that reason. However, more often than not the Linux client gets the message that no tasks are available for Africa Rainfall Project. Are more tasks being made available to Windows hosts because there are a lot more of them?

It looks to me like they have turned up the volume in the ARP1 distribution. At last count (about 10 minutes ago) I have 68 running across 7 machines and 5 waiting. They are coming in 4 and 5 at a time over the past 3 hours. Getting 134s now. I have even had two instances where the downloads got stuck and I had to do a retry. They downloaded OK after the retry.

I just got 2 136s. Seems strange as I haven't had that many 135s yet

I just got 2 136s. Seems strange as I haven't had that many 135s yet And my latest two to download are back to 133 and both _0 tasks. But I also have a 118_2 where the _0 and _1 went out at the same time give or take a minute. |

Yep. Me 32 core machine got 12 Units one :) Most i ever had so far . 1 time i got 137 unit.. highest i seen so far :)

Just crossed into the normal category by receiving 4 138s. Must not be enough of the lower generations to send out.

About half of mine still have 3 day deadline. Quite happy with that with a turn around time of under 5 hours for most tasks.
