Re: smilesmile Join "MyOnlineTeam" Today - Chapter 31 smilesmile

Congrat's to Dave on being the lead off "talent" on the new video. Good job! {But you're not as cute as the kids. laughing biggrin laughing }

Good morning MOT. coffee

Thanks, DM. Floored me they picked that for first! In case you didn't get the note from WCG, DM is refering to This video. They left off part of it as you can see here in the original on YouTube. Wonder if MyOnlineTeam will see any new members from it. I also made this as another submission.

Dave, I believe the saying is "Age before beauty."
Amazing that the video starts with a plug for MOT!

You are probably right, Keith.

Yeah, how did you guys pull that off? Best. Recruitment. Tool. Ever.

Just got picked, I guess. I did make two submissions for them to pick from. Like I said earlier, I was surprised to have even been selected, let alone having it in the lead position.

Re: smilesmile Join "MyOnlineTeam" Today - Chapter 31 smilesmile

RT. I would not jump and buy one right now.. I hear Intel are releasing better i7s Q1 of next year.

As far as i'm aware, these current i7s are the higher end enthusiast models. Future models (i.e. ones next year) will be cheaper mainstream versions.. apparently with no QPI and back to dual channel DDR3, but substantially cheaper.

However I think Q4 2009 or sometime 2010 ish they're releasing the smaller Westmere 32nm versions with improved QPI which will be better than the current i7s, but are based on the same socket, so if you have the money you could just replace the CPU.

Anyway, my first exams in a few hours, so see you's all later smile

Most people are waiting for Sandy Bridge since it's a tick. But being a more refined version of i7, Westmere (tock) will be a big hit.

Technology moves too fast..

Loved the Great Danes too (thought of you when I saw them). I thought the girl with the I'm a Mac & I'm a PC did well too.
