I didn't forget Blizzie....
----------------------------------------![]() As for our 2009 goals: 1) Averaging 40,000 BOINC credits a day - that is 280,000 points per day. We've done 16,502,749 points so far. That's 279,707.61017 points per day or 39,958.23002 BOINC credits per day so we're in good shape on this one. Msking this goal will mean 102,200,000 points or 14,600,000 credits for the year. 2) to have 50 or more members returning a result to WCG each day by year end - as you can see, we have room to improve here. We're up to 40 a day pretty often so we are making some progress. 3) to average 10,000 credits per day at all other projects where MOT has a presence - looking at BOINCStats, we're clearly averaging well more that 10,000 credits per day. The concern there is the small number of folks crunching outside WCG so losing any one of them could change this. EDIT: For non-WCG credits, we have a total of 3,083,283 at the end of February and 2,059,262 credits at the end of January (I don't have a total for end of 2008). ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by keithhenry at Mar 2, 2009 1:16:15 AM] |

I have the same luck as Carl Edwards had today at Las Vegas when he blew an engine on the last lap. Saturday morning I moved some resources to WCG. I get up this morning and their SSL is DOA and I am running out of work. I moved everything back to YoYo. Every time I bring cores here they have problems. It must be me.
----------------------------------------![]() ![]() ![]() @Jonathan/Blizzie: I got 4 comp errors @ GPUGrid. Some other people reported them too. Have you received any? They look like this: <core_client_version>6.6.0</core_client_version> <![CDATA[ <message> Maximum disk usage exceeded </message> <stderr_txt> # Using CUDA device 0 # Device 0: "GeForce 9800 GT" # Clock rate: 1625000 kilohertz # Total amount of global memory: 536870912 bytes # Number of multiprocessors: 14 # Number of cores: 112 MDIO ERROR: cannot open file "restart.coor" Unhandled Exception Detected... - Unhandled Exception Record - Reason: Breakpoint Encountered (0x80000003) at address 0x77AC7DFE Engaging BOINC Windows Runtime Debugger... The only good thing about today is it rained all day and will continue for the next 6 days. We sure need it. I am also glad we came home early from the high country; else we would be snowed in on the wrong side of the hill. ![]() ![]() |

Schwartzenegger declared an emergency because of the drought out there. Hope what ever rain you are getting is widespread enough to help. Cheers

Yep, the Governator is in full swing as we are broke in CA. Let's see ... raised the price of food (sales tax), the price of gas (gas tax), the price of electricity and now the price of water (1.9 cents a cubic foot in a "stage 3" drought). A tax for breathing in and a fee for breathing out is next. After all, it's CA's air and breathing out is pollution. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
