We are surrounded by sea for wave power, its definitely windy enough to produce power and solar cells are as cheap as chips, in reality. The Severn Barrage could supply 5% of the Country's needs alone, if only they would build it. As a nation we probably couldn't be more effectively supplied with energy resources But for reasons bordering on insanity the lights will go off... and soon.
