Looks like someone bit off too much cache. I'll be happy to move it along for processing.  That may be mine.... My poor overworked computer finally sighed heavily & melted into a pile of slag. At 7 years old it's taking a well deserved final rest. Up until last week it was working fine for everything I wanted it to do (except crunching, that was sloooow). I think that I had a dozen or so units sitting in the cache when everything went TU. The good news is that the new(er) machine now sitting on my desk is screaming through units like I've never seen before (things that used to take 4-6 hours are getting done in less than one  ). The bad news is that the kids are looking at how well my machine is chewing through the units & now want all of theirs upgraded too ....   |

I got Sapphire tonight but not sure how aggressive I will be to go to 5 years or not. I think I will try the set and forget mode for a while.

So far, 65 days have validated from me clients, so moved from 181 days to 246 days on the tally. The last one in the caches is a c338, where 'c' will go all the way to c500, then 'd' which will go through d001 to d220 or very close to that last batch number, thus looks like over three-quarters of this bigger wave is out the door. The wave peaked on Sunday with some 26,692 validations. Monday did 26,110.
----------------------------------------Crunch On PS: Will post the estimated validations for this run in an edit, giving some hint of what's in PV Jail and In Progress ;-) edit: 298,000 have validated since January 19. The work is not platform designated, only the wingman of any single result for Zero and Quorum 2 sciences! :D
The last I had today was a d139, so about 90 groups to go through d220 (g22) --//-- |
